Blue Jays Announce Baseball Academy Showcase
The Blue Jays are pleased to announce the return of our annual Baseball Academy showcase this fall. This year’s event will be held from September 20 to 24 at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

For eight seasons, the showcase has provided a platform for the best amateur baseball players in Canada to be recruited by college and professional scouts. The showcases’ success has relied on national in-person evaluations, which begin in the spring and lead into the fall showcase.

Blue Jays Baseball Academy staff will once again travel from coast to coast and offer tryout opportunities to players who wish to compete in the showcase. Below is a list of tryout dates and locations:

May 17 - Langley, BC
May 18 - Vancouver, BC
May 19 - Winnipeg, MB
May 20 - Montreal, QC
June 14 & 15 - Oakville, ON
June 16 - Dorchester, ON
June 17 - Ajax, ON
July 2 - St. Johns, NL
July 13 - Calgary, AB
July 26 - Saskatoon, SK


*Tryout dates and locations are subject to change. We are also in the process of rebranding the showcase and are excited to unveil a new name and logo in the coming months. The Blue Jays look forward to welcoming the best amateur baseball players in Canada back to Rogers Centre in 2022. Thank you for your continued support.
