18U Badgers Take Their Win of the Season
Badgers 18U won big over Waterloo Warriors 15-2 on Wednesday. Badgers fired up the offense in the first inning scoring 6-runs. 18U's scored two runs when Brendan Mahood singled.
Carson Lumley led the London Badgers 18U to victory on the mound. He lasted three innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out eight and walking one. Jacob Haak and Alex Foshay entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief while #55 took the loss for Waterloo Warriors going one inning, allowing six runs on four hits and walking one.
Badgers Lumley had a dinger in the second inning to dead centre while the entire team racked up 13 hits on the day. Haak and Justin McClelland each pounded out multiple hits for Badgersto lead the Badgers to Victory
