Lumley Receives Baseball Ontario Yth Player of the Year
During the Baseball Ontario 2017 Awards Banquet 13U Badger Carson Lumley was presented with the Baseball Ontario Youth Player of the Year Award!
"There were many great players in the Province so it is an honour that I was selected for this amazing award.", Carson exclaimed after receiving his award at Baseball Ontario's 100th Anniversary awards ceremony.

2017 Lumley led his team with a .533 Batting average over 189 plate appearances with 17 doubles, 8 triples, 18 homers, 70 RBI's, 74 Runs and 49 Stolen bases. Although a force offensively he was even more dominate as a pitcher pitching 70.1 innings with 165 K's and an ERA of .995.
His season performance didn't go unnoticed and was given the opportunity to play in the National Championships with the Elimination Champions North York Blues where he again produced on both sides of the field helping the team win the National Championships! Again his efforts were acknowledged as he received 2 Game MVP's and the Nationals Defensive Player of the Tournament.
