Lofgren has been playing baseball for as long as he can remember and has spent six years with London Badgers organization.  Currently he is playing for Lake Michigan College and plans on studying Sports Management at Aquinas College.  He has been part of team that has won three Provincial Championships and he has participated in two National Championships.

Lofgren stated, "What I'm most excited about is getting on the field. I have had a dream to play at a four-year school for a long time and now that its finally here.  I just cant wait to get out there and give it my all."  Coach Doug

Greenslate added, "We are very happy with our 2017 recruiting class at this time.  We targeted certain student athletes early, that filled our position needs, and we are thrilled that those individuals committed to become Aquinas Saints.   These students excel academically, and are dedicated ball players, who will add value to our program and contribute to the team immediately."
